Haemil Company values the privacy of users of the LogNest mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains the permissions used by the App, information processed on the user's device, advertising and payment-related processing, retention and deletion methods, and how users can contact us.
1. Scope of this Privacy Policy
- This Privacy Policy applies to the LogNest mobile application.
- LogNest is an application that helps users manage products, purchase records, warranty periods, service history, receipt images, and related information on their device.
- The App does not provide sign-up or login functionality and does not offer cloud synchronization.
- The App does not automatically transmit app data entered or registered by the user to the operator's server or automatically synchronize it with an external cloud service.

3. App Permissions and Information Processed on the Device
- a. Camera permission: The App may use camera permission to allow users to take and register receipt images or related photos for purchase records. Images taken through the App are processed on the device to provide App features and are not automatically transmitted to the operator's server.
- b. Photo registration and management: Receipt images or related photos selected by the user may be registered and managed in the App and are stored primarily on the user's device.
- c. Notifications: The App may use notification permission to provide warranty period reminders.
- d. App data and settings: Product information, purchase records, warranty periods, service history, receipt images, and app settings may be stored and processed on the user's device to provide App features and convenience.
4. Advertising Services
- Banner ads may be displayed in the App when the user is using the Free version. These ads may be provided through Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK.
- Ads are not displayed when the ad removal entitlement through a Plus purchase is active.
- The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as IP address, app interaction information, diagnostic information, device identifiers, or account identifiers, such as advertising ID or app set ID, for purposes including ad delivery, ad measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention. Such information is processed in accordance with Google's services and policies.

5. Payments and Purchases
- The App provides a one-time Plus purchase through the Google Play billing system.
- The operator does not directly collect or store payment method information such as credit card numbers or bank account numbers.
- The App may process status information necessary to check purchase status, purchase restoration status, and Plus entitlement status.
- Information processed by Google Play billing services is handled in accordance with Google's services and policies.
6. Export and Sharing
- App data may be exported as documents or files at the user's choice.
- When the user chooses to export or share information, the information may be transferred to an external app or service selected by the user.
- After the user shares information with an external app or service, the processing of that information is governed by the policies of that external app or service.
7. Automatic Transmission to the Operator's Server
- The operator does not automatically collect or store product information, purchase records, warranty periods, service history, receipt images, or app settings registered by the user through the App on the operator's server.
- However, Google AdMob services for advertising or Google Play services for payment processing may process necessary information. In addition, when the user directly chooses to export or share information, the information may be transferred to an external app or service.
8. Separate Analytics and Error Reporting Tools
- Other than the Google Mobile Ads SDK used for advertising, the App does not use separate analytics SDKs or error reporting SDKs such as Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, or Sentry.
9. Retention and Deletion
- App data is stored on the user's device and can be removed through deletion features provided in the App, by clearing app data in the device settings, or by deleting the App.
- Files separately saved or shared by the user to device storage, another app, or an external service may not be automatically deleted when the App is deleted. Users may need to manage such files directly in the relevant storage location or external service.
- The operator does not retain server copies of App data.
- The retention and deletion of information processed by Google AdMob or Google Play are governed by the policies and user settings provided by those service providers.
10. Security of Information Processing
- The App is designed primarily around local processing and does not automatically transmit App data registered by the user to the operator's server.
- When external services are used for advertising or payment features, the security standards and policies provided by the relevant service provider apply.
11. Changes to this Privacy Policy
- If App features, permissions, advertising services, payment services, the operator, or contact information change, we will provide notice of the updated details and effective date on this page.
